Kimberly has worked as a yoga therapist since 2012 and actively applies client centred yoga therapy practices. Continuing education is important to Kimberly who, as is a life learner, participates in conferences and trainings to follow new research and medical conditions and to continue to explore the texts and concepts of yoga.
She has experience with pain syndromes, functional rehabilitation and challenges arising from trauma, injury, illness, surgery and treatment. Her experience extends to working with individuals experiencing TBI, neurological issues, nervous system dysregulation, pain, anxiety, depression, feelings of stress and PTSD. She has worked to help people live with serious health challenges arising from illness like cancer, or accidents resulting in neurological issues.

Kimberly works with Family Physicians, Psychologists, Case Managers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers, and Pain and other medical specialists to support the health and healing of her clients.
Yoga Instructor & Teacher Trainer
A former competitive athlete, fitness instructor, corporate and marketing manager, Kimberly used yoga to help herself heal from a sports injury, car accident and illness. She brings compassion, humour, and experience to her clients’ needs and challenges.
Early on Kimberly had a home meditation and movement practice but the moment as she took her first teacher training she knew that this was where is wanted to spend her time and share the benefits that yoga has given her. Always curious, she enjoys learning as much as teaching.
She is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 500 and a continuing education (YACEP) provider of Hatha, Meditation, Yoga Theory, Ayurveda and Restorative yoga and teaches group yoga and speciality classes and series. She is teacher trainer and continuing education teacher.

My Origins in Yoga
At one time, I was unable to move from my bed for months. I was recovering from a car accident, and a virus from my youth that left my nervous and immune system in a weakened, overactive, and in unregulated state. I was burned out from a management job, and personal stress. The doctors diagnosed me with a serious autoimmune disease. Who am I now, I wondered? I was no longer the athlete or the dedicated employee I once had been. I was no longer the dependable friend or family member. I was injured and sick.
Instinctively, I knew balance was the key to my recovery. My first step was write it down. I had experience with mind practices from my days as an athlete and then I developed a practical framework to guide and support me to bring about healing, connection, and balance.
This is my yoga. Join me.
