Course Description

Meditation is open to all. Coming soon near Tower Bridge, London An accessible and introspective practice of awareness to bring about greater calm and peace. Stress is part of our everyday life and the tools found in meditation support the regulation of the nervous system to regain calm within our day. This is an accessible practice for all levels. Each meditation is gradual with options of focus to support your needs for the day. You can also contact me to add you to the announcement list. Your teacher, Kimberly Mantas started her mind/body practices over 28 year ago and has 15 years of facilitating meditation practices for groups and individuals. As a yoga therapist, Kimberly applies yoga and meditation to support healing and health.
