Course Description

Nurture the connections to self. The 4 week practice is a slow mindful way to connect and nourish within. The somatic mindful movement practices focuses our attention to our current internal physical perception where we can gain access to the greater potential and abilities to heal and improve our lived experience. For this practice please come dressed comfortably in layers. You can use a mat or a blanket or carpet for this practice.
