Course Description

-2:30 pm BST (London) -9:30 am EDT (Ottawa/Toronto) As spring moves into our outer world, we will explore renewal and vitality within. About the Practice: This all levels somatics based practice is a slow mindful movement and mental attention practice as a way to connect with the power of understanding, healing, possibilities and vitality within. Our attention will be focused toward our current perceptions where we can gain access to the greater potential and abilities rest. For this practice please come dressed comfortably in layers. You can use a mat or a blanket or carpet for this practice.
