Meditation & Inner Strength The Meditation and Inner Strength with Kimberly Mantas approaches meditation in a modern practical way, with its foundations taken directly from yoga theory and texts. Do you want to utilize the wonders benefits of meditation and shed some light on the obstacles in your way? This course will provide you with those tools and more. Course Outline Over two days, we will gather and experience the concepts of yoga theory, working in large and small group discussions. There will be optional small and easy movement, reflection exercises, and meditation practices.
