Course Description

A meditation practice is a progressive process to access the innermost part of ourselves. In this series, we will breakdown the practice of meditation and bring about a progressive and focused awareness. The practice is intended to meet you where you are at on the day. We will explore being present and mindfulness, removing the grip of the senses, one pointed focus, and beyond. All curious students welcome.
