Are you… • interested and eager to establish a regular meditation practice or expand your practice; • a yoga teacher looking to develop a deeper meditation practice and apply meditation into your group yoga classes, • wishing to expand your knowledge of yogic philosophy and psychology. *6 months of meditation experience is advantageous to receive the most from the course. Course Outline We will gather online and experience the concepts of yoga theory, working in large and small group discussions. There will be optional small and easy movement, reflection exercises, and meditation practices. The course also includes take-home theory notes and practices.
