Course Description

The 30 minute Nighty Night- Invite to rest is a yoga nidra practice developed to invite and support vital rest. Sleep is a key component to our health and practicing relaxation techniques to improve our quality of restorative sleep is vital. For the practice ensure that you are entirely comfortable and warm and that you are in a comfortable supported position.
